- Baleport does not provide legal, licensing, regulatory, safety, or insurance advice.
- Baleport's non-CDL positioning does not determine whether a specific vehicle, load, or operation legally requires a CDL.
- Manual edits to turn-by-turn text do not alter route geometry.
- Vehicle presets are planning assumptions unless replaced with verified fleet-specific data.
- Vehicle-length information is advisory unless the active routing provider explicitly supports a length-based routing constraint.
- Browser-local route persistence is not the same as cloud backup or account synchronization.
