No private information (address, phone, email) is shared unless required during an active shipment.

Internal roles (support agents, operations managers, analysts, etc.) are contractors and may access data necessary for:

• Safety investigations

• Payment issues

• User verification

• Performance analysis

All contractors operate under strict confidentiality obligations.
